We believe you should know when software makes or supports a decision about your account. This page explains, in plain terms, where automated processing sits in our service.
Win Spin is operated by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL under licence ALSI-202601043-FI2, issued by the Anjouan Gaming Board. We are the controller for the personal data described here. Want the full detail on data handling? Read our Privacy Policy alongside this page.
Under data-protection law you may ask what data we hold, request a correction, or object to certain processing. Where an automated decision has a legal or similarly significant effect, you can request human review and explain your side.
Contact us through the support page and reference this notice. If you are unhappy with our response, you may raise the matter with the relevant data-protection authority. Our full commitments live in the Terms and Conditions.
Gambling should stay fun. If it stops feeling that way, GamCare offers free, confidential help on 0808 8020 133 or at gamcare.org.uk — and our own tools are set out on the responsible gambling page.
Automated systems help us run a fair, secure casino. They are not everywhere, and they never operate without limits.
Area | What the system does | Human involvement |
|---|---|---|
Fraud & AML checks | Flags unusual deposits, payment patterns or duplicate accounts | Reviewed by our compliance team before action |
Identity verification | Matches submitted documents against account details | Manual review where a check is inconclusive |
Personalisation | Suggests games and offers based on your activity | Optional; adjustable in your settings |
Support | Chat tools route queries and answer common questions | An agent takes over for anything complex |
Safer gambling | Watches for markers of harm and prompts checks | Trained staff decide on interventions |
Some outcomes matter more than others. Where an automated check could affect a withdrawal, a bonus, or access to your account, a person reviews the result before it stands. We do not leave significant decisions to code alone.
If a system pauses a payout for review, that is a safeguard — not a final refusal. You will hear from us, and you can ask a colleague to look again.
Our recommendation tools use your play history to surface titles you might enjoy from studios like Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Hacksaw Gaming. Handy, but never mandatory. You can opt out of personalised marketing at any time and still use the site normally.
None of this changes the odds of a game. Recommendations are suggestions, full stop.
