Win Spin Responsible Play Guide

Gambling should stay a bit of fun. For most people it is, but for some it stops being a game and starts causing harm.

Win Spin is operated by Wild Blackfin Limited SRL under licence ALSI-202601043-FI2 issued by the Anjouan Gaming Board. We take player wellbeing seriously, and this page explains the tools, the warning signs and where to turn if things feel wrong. Read it before you play, and come back whenever you need a reminder.

You must be at least 18 to open an account or place a bet with us. Underage gambling is illegal, full stop.

We run identity checks and may ask for documents at any point. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and return eligible balances. Parents and guardians who share a device should consider filtering software such as Net Nanny or Qustodio to keep gambling sites out of reach of minors.

Problem gambling rarely announces itself. It creeps in. Ask yourself whether any of these ring true.

Are you chasing losses, betting more to win back what has gone? Do you gamble with money meant for bills, food or rent? Have you lied about how much you play, or felt anxious, irritable and preoccupied when you cannot? Borrowing to fund play is a serious red flag. So is gambling to escape stress or low mood.

One or two yeses may mean little on their own. A pattern is different, and it deserves attention now rather than later.

You never have to sort this out alone. GamCare offers free, confidential advice, live chat and one-to-one support across the UK.

Call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, open around the clock, or visit www.gamcare.org.uk. If you would like us to close your account or apply self-exclusion, message our support team and we will act promptly. Our terms set out how these measures work in practice.

Everything below lives in your account settings and takes effect straight away. No phone call required.

Tightening a limit applies immediately; loosening one takes longer by design. Need help setting these? Our team can walk you through it via the contact page.

Answer these honestly:

• Do you spend more time or money gambling than you intended?
• Have friends or family raised concerns about your play?
• Have you tried to cut back and struggled?
• Do you feel restless when you try to stop?
• Has gambling affected your work, sleep or relationships?

Two or more yeses suggest it is time to use our tools and reach out for support. A free, confidential assessment is also available at GamCare.
