The general minimum deposit is €10 and may vary by payment method, as set out on our payments page. We support euro and US dollar balances, and payments can be made using cards, e-wallets, bank transfer and a selection of cryptocurrencies. The minimum qualifying deposit for a bonus is €20, and while any bonus is active the maximum bet is €3 per spin. Funds must come from an account or wallet held in your own name.

Before we release a withdrawal, we may ask you to verify your identity. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process protects you and helps us meet our anti-money-laundering obligations. We may request proof of identity, address and ownership of your payment method. If a game malfunctions, all affected bets are void. Where a bet is settled in error, we may correct the outcome and adjust balances accordingly. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account where we suspect a breach of these terms, a legal requirement, or where continued play would be harmful to you.

An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is treated as dormant, and a monthly administration fee may apply to any remaining balance. We will always try to contact you first. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from interruptions, connection failures or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
